Using your ZoneInfo class...

It appears that all I need to do to use your code is build PublicDomain.ZoneInfo.DLL once and I'm done; is this true?!!!!

It appears that tzdata updates can be read from a directory and store the zone and rule output wherever I choose; is this true?

Sorry about not responding earlier ... I don't get any notifications if anything is posted here :(
Yes you are right; all you should need to do is build the library and off you go. You can get updates of tzdata yourself and just put it in a zone directory and you load the data (from the API) from there.
